UK Delivery
- Orders are shipped via Royal Mail (or another courier) with Next Working Day Service within the UK (Tuesday-Saturday)
- We aim to deliver all orders within 24 hours, however, in some cases, delivery may take up to 48 hours
- We use thermo-insulated packaging and icepacks to ensure your order reaches you in good condition
- Orders can be dispatched the same day if placed before 12:00 (except Saturday, Sunday and holidays)
- Orders placed after 12:00 will be dispatched the next business day and delivered the day after the next day
- Delivery is not possible on Sunday, Monday and public holidays
- You can select nominated delivery date at checkout
London Expedited Delivery
- Same Day delivery service is provided in Zones 1 & 2 in Central London

Attilus Caviar is fully traceable, sustainable and eco-responsible. The quality is second to none and we are now supplying Attilus caviar to leading hotels and restaurants. Attilus’ sturgeon are not exposed to chemicals and the roe is collected at its absolute peak of size, flavour, colour and texture.
Caviar is a highly concentrated source of nutrients, packed with vitamins & minerals (Omega 3) and high in protein. One serving of caviar has an adult's daily requirement of B12, as well as vitamins A, E, B6, Iron, Magnesium and Selenium.

Borax (also known as Sodium borate) is a form of salt used in caviar production throughout the world. It helps the preservation process, improving consistency and enhancing flavour.

All varieties of caviar weighing up to 250 g are supplied in tins. Products of greater weight are delivered in standard plastic packages.
Delivery Terms
Dispatch usually takes place either the day you place your order (depending on the time of day your order is placed (i.e. before 12pm) or the day before your nominated delivery date. This process is entirely dependent on your nominated delivery date. While we usually dispatch your goods to your exact requirements, there may be occasions that we have to place your order in a queue, where it may take us up to 2 additional days to process your order. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible by telephone or email to discuss a revised delivery date with you to minimize any inconvenience this may cause.
If you are not home to receive your order, please leave a signed note to tell the courier where he/she can place or deliver the order close to your house. You are responsible for the delivery after that.
If your order has not arrived within its allotted timeframe, please check with the delivery company using your tracking number, or contact us as soon as possible.
Customer Satisfaction and Refunds
Naturally we want you to be delighted with your purchases from Attilus, so we recommend putting products in the fridge straight away to keep them in perfect condition.
Unopened, our caviar normally has shelf life of around 2-8 weeks on average. Once opened, we recommend consuming it within 1-2 days. For best before dates on sturgeon products, please see individual packaging.
We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the highest quality products and a refined approach towards every order. Nevertheless, the sales are final - due to the perishable nature of our products. Because of that, we practice a no-return, no-refund policy. But please, rest assured that all complaints are dealt with on an individual basis.
In case the product was visibly damaged in transit, please send us an image-backed report containing the product and label on the back, no later than 24 hours after delivery, otherwise your order will be deemed accepted.
Our credit/debit card system is provided by Shopify Payments, one of the world's largest providers of such services, which is fully PCI compliant and supports 3D Secure at checkout.
We accept the following cards: Visa (Credit/Debit), Visa Electron, Mastercard (Credit/Debit), JCB and Maestro. You can also use Paypal.

Caviar should be stored in the coldest part of your refrigerator, usually the bottom shelf at -3 to +2C

Once a tin has been opened, caviar should be consumed within 24 hours

Kaluga Caviar

Kaluga Caviar (Huso dauricus) is one of the most luxurious types of caviar, often referred to as "River Beluga". This caviar is known for its impressively large beads, not too soft; more robust than some smaller-sturgeon caviars, with a clean "pop" or gentle burst between the tongue and the roof of the mouth, releasing a rich and buttery flavour with a slight nutty undertones. The eggs range in colour from a light olive-green to a deep, shimmering brownish-black or dark grey. Attilus Kaluga caviar is Malossol which literally means 'lightly salted', salt content being less than 4%.
