Produced by the farmer-owned Isigny Sainte-Mère Cooperative since 1909, this exceptional crème fraîche was awarded a Great Taste Award in 2024. Made exclusively with milk sourced from 175 carefully selected municipalities surrounding Isigny-sur-Mer in Normandy's Cotentin and Bessin regions, it benefits from the areas lush, mineral-rich pastures.
Recognised by chefs and gastronomic professionals worldwide, Isigny PDO Crème Fraîche is distinguished by its elegant ivory colour, rich, velvety texture, and delicate flavour. Under the expertise of Master Cream-maker Norbert Constant, the cream is traditionally matured for 16 to 18 hours — a slow process he likens to the ageing of fine wine — allowing it to develop its signature depth, smoothness, and exceptional character.
