First, it's the idea of having a "rosé" beer. Rosé doesn't match normal beer. The taste is very special. It's 100% pure organic and natural flavouring through a raspberry distillate that is added during the last step before bottling. It has been designed to aim at non beer drinkers. It's typically more what female customers would love more, it's a bit sweeter, no bitterness and fruity. Réserve Royale is a niche product, some people will love it, some others will not.
